The society exists to give everyone an opportunity to sing choral
music. Members of the society pay
£100 annual subscription, paid
as a whole in September or in 2 instalments, £50 in September, £50 in January.
There is no audition for prospective members.
Truro Choral Society performs two or three concerts each year, usually in Truro
Cathedral. There is also an occasional family Christmas concert in the cathedral.
Rehearsals take place every
Tuesday from 7 pm to 9pm in
school term time at Richard Lander School.
Autumn Term 2010 rehearsals resume on Tuesday 7th September.
Music: John Rutter - Gloria, some movements from Handel O praise the
Lord with one consent, Christmas Carols (from Carols for Choirs 1 and 2,
